Tizanidine
Indications
Tizanidine is primarily indicated in conditions like cerebral palsy, cerebrovascular accident, myelopatht, nausea and vomiting(acute attacks), sclerosis, spasticity, spastiicity associated with multiple sclerosis.
Contraindications
Tizanidine is contraindicated to the hypersensitivity to the drug.
Side Effects
The severe or irreversible side effects of tizanidine are fatigue, nausea, insomnia, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth, hallucination, muscle weakness, somnolenceX, GI disturbance.
