Indications
Hyosine is primarily indicated in conditions like acute spasm and spasm in diagnostic procedures, aspiration prophylaxis, bradycardia, cycloplegia induction, smoth muscle spasm, symptomatic relief of GI disorders, pain of bowel colic in palliative care.
Contraindications
Hyosin is contraindicated in conditions like glucoma, prostatic hypertrophy, Paralytic ileus.
Side Effects
The severe or irreversible side effects of buscopan plus are thirst, headache, blurring of vision, mydriasis, loss of accomodation, cycloplegia, dry mouth, dizziness.
