Mecobalamin
Indications
Mecobalamin is primarily indicated in conditions like congenital cobalamine malabsorption, homocystenemia, methlamalonylacidurias, peripheral neuropathy, congenital intrinisic factor deficiency, post gastrectomy vit b12 deficiency, transcobalmin 2 deficiency vitamin b12 deficiency.
Contraindications
Mecobalmin is contraindicated in conditions like hypersensitivity to any component of product.
Side Effects
The severe or irreversible side effects of mecobalmin are allergic hypersensitivity reactions, sweating, skin rashes, headache, vomiting, anorexia.
