Indications
Duloxetine is primarily indicated in conditions like anxiety disorder, depression, urinary incontinence, and can also be given as an alternative drug of choice in moderate to severe stress urinary incontinence in Women.
Contraindications
Duloxetine is contraindicated in conditions like hypersensitivity to the drug.
Side Effects
The severe and irreversible side effects are sweating, vomiting, sexual disfunction, decrease in libido.
