Budesonide + Formoterol fumarate dihydrate
Indications
Budesonide is primarily indicated in conditions like asthma, Rhinitis, croh `s disease, dermarosis, eczema, ulcerative colitis, and can also be given in adjunctive therapy as an alternative drug of choice in less severe asthma, liver transplant pulseless ventricular tachycardia.
Formoterol is primarily indicated in conditions like duodenal ulceration, for prophylaxis in pregnancy, airway obstruction.
Contraindications
Fortide is contraindicated in conditions like breast feeding/

The severe or irreversible side effects that can be treated symptomatically are headache, peripheral dilatation, insomnia, tremor,
