Indications
Amlodipine is primarily indicated in conditions like angina pectoris, essential hypertension, hypertension, prophylaxis of angina, vasospastic angina.
Contraindications
Amlodipine is contraindicated in conditions like sinoatrial node disease, hypersensitivity, aortic stenosis.
Side Effects
The severe or irreversible side effects of amlodipine are vomiting, abdominal pain, coughing, flushing, wheezing, dysthesia.
