Indications
Nerobion is primarily indicated in conditions like addisonian pernicious anaemia, congenital cobalamine malabscorption,congenital intrinsic factor deficiency, homocystenemia, ileal resection, nutrition deficiency, post gastrectomy vit b12 deficiency, and can also be given in adjunctive therapy as an alternative drug of choice in infestations, malignancy.

Neurobion is contraindicated in conditions like anaphylactic reactions, tobacco amblyopia,
Side Effects
The severe or irreversible side effects of Neurobion are diarrhea, itching, eczematous skin reactions.
