Indications
Mecobalamin is primarily indicated in conditions like congenital cobalamine malabsorption, congenital intrinsic factor deficiency, Homocystenemia, vit b12 deficiency, Transcobalamin 2 deficiency .
contraindications 
Mecobalmin is contraindicated in conditions like hypersensitivity.
Side Effects
The severe or irreversible side effects of mecobalamin are skin rashes, hot sensation, allergic hypersensitivity reactions, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting.
Available as 500mcg tablets and 500mcg/1ml ampules
