Indications
Esomeprazole is primarily indicated in conditions like Gastric ulcer, gastro esophageal reflux disease, NSAID associated ulceration, Zollinger ellison syndrome, and can also be given in adjunctive therapy as an alternative drug of choice in pernicious anaemia and other macrocytic anaemias..
Contraindications
Esomeprazole is contraindicated in conditions like hypersensitivity to the drug
Available as 20mg and 40mg
