Indications
Esomeprazole is indicated in conditions like Gastric ulcer ,Gastro esophageal reflux disease,NSAID associated ulceration,Zollinger ellison syndrome.
Contraindications
Esomeprazole is contraindicated in conditions like hypersensitivity to the drug.
Side Effects
The severe or irreversible side effects esomeprazole are vomiting, dry mouth, dizziness, subacute myopathy, athralgia, abdominal pain.
