Indications
Mecobalamin is priamarily indicated in conditions like congenital cobalmine malabsorption, congenital intrinsic factor deficieny, homocystenemia, methlmalonylacidurias, peripheral neuropathy, pernicious anaemia, post gastrectomy vit b12 deficieny, transcobalmin 2 deficiency, vitamin b12 deficiency.
Contraindications
Mecobalmin is contraindicated in conditions like hypersensitivity to any component of product.
Side Effects
The severe or irreversible side effects of mecobalamin are nausea, vomiting, hot sensation, allergic hypersensitivity reactions, Anorexia, Diarrhea.
