Indications
Desloratadine is primarily indicated in conditions like perennial rhinitis, urticaria, and can also be given in adjunctive therepy as an alternative drug of choice in seasonal alltergic.
Contraindications
Desloratadine is primarily contraidicated in conditions like pregnancy, porphyria, breast feeding.
Side Effects
The severe or irreversible side effects of desloratadine are headache, myalgia, blurred vision, urinary retensionX, GI disturbance, Dry mouth.
