Indications
Diclofenac potassium is primarily indicated in conditions like adnexitis, dysmenorrhoea, inflammation, migraine, post operative pain, post traumatic pain, rheumatoid arthritis.
Contraindications
Diclofenac potassium is contraindicated in conditions like GI ulceration, hypersensitivity.
Side effects
The adverse reactions produced by diclofenac include dizziness, vertigo, headache, rashes, erythema multiforme.

Diclofenac potassium is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) taken to reduce inflammation and as an analgesic reducing pain in certain conditions. It is a competitive inhibitor of cyclooxygenase (COX) that suppresses the production of prostaglandins.
